Summary:
As a Credit Manager Trainee, you will learn valuable skills in the areas of data analysis, risk assessment, customer relationship management, time management, decision-making, financial forecasting, industry standards, and more. This is an entry-level position intended to grow the right candidate into a successful Credit Manager with Greentech Renewables in a 24 month time frame.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, great interpersonal skills, strong integrity, and a proactive mindset. The Trainee will learn all aspects of Financial Management in the solar distribution industry under the mentorship of an experienced Credit Manager. The primary role of a Credit Manager is to protect the assets of the company by minimizing risks while maximizing profitability and customer satisfaction.

Pursuing or received a Bachelor’s Degree in related field

Communication skills
Ability and willingness to relocate within the United States after training to assume responsibility of managing one of the company’s credit offices

Essential Job Functions:
· Learn how to minimize exposure to bad debts
Participate in customer outreach for outstanding balances via verbal, written or in person communications
Listen to customers and other stakeholders; build and maintain positive relationships
Gain valuable industry knowledge and insight on legal requirements
Assist with creating and upholding credit policies and guidelines

Compensation Range:
The compensation range for this position is $50000 to $60000 annually.
