Summary:
The ideal candidate will be able to effectively coordinate meetings and other office events. They should be comfortable tackling special projects, accurately handle data entry and efficiently manage various schedules. They should also possess a friendly demeanor so they can effectively interact with office visitors and interview candidates.
Reports to: PC Manager
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience with administrative and clerical work
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
ADDITIONAL COMPETENCIES
Strong communication skills
Strong ability to multi-task
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associates degree from two-year technical college or higher
Working Conditions:
- This position operates in an office environment which requires sitting and working at a computer workstation for extended periods.

Essential Job Functions:
Coordinate and organize office activities
Oversee stock of office supplies
Greet visitors at office
Coordinate inbound and outbound office mail
Support managers in scheduling meetings, interviews, and transport

Compensation Range:
The compensation range for this position is $55000 to $65000 hourly.
