A CreditAnalyst assists in protecting the financial assets of the company within CEDCredit Offices. The desired candidate will use discretion and independentjudgment to investigate credit granting, manage a portfolio of receivableaccounts, and review and execute legal documents on the behalf of CED. Theideal candidate requires self-motivation, must prioritize effectively, and worksuccessfully with minimal supervision.

Proficiency with MS Excel
Excellent math skills
Experience in credit and collections
Excellent ability to read, write, and speakEnglish
College degree - will consider relatedexperience in lieu of degree
Strong negotiation skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suitesoftware
Ability to solve problems
Must be a self-starter who can handle aheavy volume of work and be able to handle multiple tasks at the same time
This position operates in aprofessional office environment which may require sitting for extended periods.
Routine use of office equipment such ascomputers, phones, photocopiers, fax machines, filing cabinets

Essential Job Functions:
Be able to manage a large accounts receivableportfolio which includes negotiating, financial review, and creating plans ofaction with customers and the Division Credit Manager.
Recommend best method of collection ondelinquent accounts in collaboration with the Division Credit Manager and PCManager.
Ability to review credit applications forcredit granting, and establishing six figure credit limits.
Escalating collection activities as requiredby business circumstances.
Assisting the Division Credit Manager tomaintain and enforce CED’s lien and bond rights for secured projects.
Using experience and customer knowledge todetermine the proper time to place accounts on credit hold in collaborationwith the Division Credit Manager and PC Manager.
Face-to-face customer meetings to establishand maintain strong relationships with customers and PC Managers.
Negotiating differences with customers andmaking arrangements for payment and dispute resolution.
Presenting payment, status, plan, reports,and information to management for quarterly credit meetings.
Maintaining professional relationships withManagers and external customers.
